Gilpin Roofing did my roof replacement yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Mr. Gilpin is a true expert, the price was right, and the whole install prcoess wentry very smoothly. I also own a construction business so I appreciate a great install. By the time I got back from work at 4:30, the whole job was done and my property was cleaned up exceptionally well. As a retired construction project manager I can appreciate good workmanship. I found that Gilpin's roof mechanics were fast, efficient and did a quality installation for my home's new roof. The price was very competitive. I was impressed enough to hire them to install new facias, Soffits with new gutters and downspouts. When they came out to do this new work they discovered that they had vastly under-estimated the scope of work and under-priced the estimate by a pretty good amount. However, they insisted that they would stick by their proposal and would do the job even if it meant that they would lose money on the job.
I was halfway expecting them to try to cut corners to minimize their loss, but found that they delivered a first-class job just as they had with the original re-roofing. Gilpin roofing is all about quality, service, flexibility and integrity. They also have a secret weapon behind the scenes named Tina, who is delightful.

I thought I had a leaky roof, but was unsure since it is fairly new (less than 4 years) and I called company after company, but none had availability for about two weeks. The scheduler wasn't sure if they could fit me in, but miraculously they came out that same day in between jobs on their lunch. It turns out that my roof was perfect, but I had a masonry issue. Tom even told me which spots needed to be fixed---very stand up guy! If I have another issue, I wouldn't hesitate to call them! Thanks!!

Wow, I was really in a tough spot a few weeks ago when I found that a section of roof behind my chimney was dangerously close to becoming a part of my den. Gilpin Roofing came out within 48 hours at NO COST and knew within minutes exactly what needed to be done. We had Geoff come by to give us an estimate on a complete tear off on our house and re shingle the detached garage. He was very polite and on time for the appointment. The quote we were given was in line with 5 others we had received from other companies. We ended up choosing Gilpin roofing due to them being on time as well as very professional. The crew showed up in the morning and were finished with the entire job well in advance of the deadline.
The yard was cleaned up all throughout the day as well as the finishing cleanup. A magnet was run around the house to pick up any loose nails which may have fallen into yard. Geoff stopped by in the middle of the day to make sure all was going as planned so the job would continue to run smoothly. I would recommend Gilpin Roofing for anyone needing new roofing. Extremely pleased with the outcome and look of then new roof.

Gulpin replaced my roof and trim on my house. Old roof was removed (2 layers of shingles) and replaced with a new roof in one day. They installed a ridge vent, replaced all collars, and painted the plumbing vents to match the roof. Couldn't be happier with the results. Trim job had a few hiccups but everything was done to my liking. They even took down a section I didn't like to reworked it to my liking at no charge. I never had to pay until I was happy. Everything they said they would do was done. I would use them again.

Great experience!! I had my roof replaced a week ago and couldn't be happier with everything from the estimating stage to the finished product. Price was very competitive and Geoff Turner, my sales representative, was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions. The crew was in and out in one day as planned. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, on time and the quality of work was impressive. I was looking for a roofing co. to replace the shingles on house and garage.after talking to a couple of unlicensed "roofers" I called Gilpin roofing. Steve Gilpin provided me a detailed estimate including the warranty info. To my surprise, the cost was only slightly higher than the under the table guys. They started the work 2 days later first thing in the morning.
The workers were friendly, hard working and were able to finish the job in 1 day. The job looks fantastic,and every piece of scrap was removed. I would highly recommend Gilpin roofing.

Fist off - I had an excellent experience from the quote with Geoff Turner to installation with his PM Jeff to the gutter installers. I have used or should I say I have refereed Gilpin Roofing due to my friendship with Geoff Turner and saw the end results from the work on their houses. But this time it was for me at my newly purchased house. I did seek 3 quotes its what I do.
But although Gilpin was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, they were the most responsive and easiest to speak to and schedule. From the products they quoted to the new skylights and duration it would take to complete the roof was all explained and top quality. The roof they replaced was OG 1985 so you can imagine their would be some extra costs.
The day of installation kicked off at 0700 and was completed by 1400. They worked very efficiently and explained and showed me areas outside their work that would need to be fixed near my chimney and even referred another contractor to fix that issue. Overall I am happy that I used Gilpin for my own roof and new gutters, worry free and great company to work with.

They showed us the quality of their product. They scheduled within a week and completed a beautiful job within two days. We were very pleased with Geoff and Jeff, with whom we worked. We have used Gilpin Roofing for years at our business. We recently needed a roof repair and called them to request service. They were quick to come out knowing our need to have it repaired right away due to a leak in the building. After a storm had damaged the roofs at the business park, we contacted Gilpin Roofing for estimates on repairs. This was an insurance claim, and Steve Gilpin was able to give us the estimates and repair all the roofs on 14 buildings in the office park. They did an exceptional job, and did not interfere with any of the tenants daily business activities, the crews were very professional, and cleaned up every day after they finished the job.
With all the buildings they had to do, it took them less time than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend Gilpin Roofing for any of your roofing needs, from the front office staff to the crews, they were all very professional.

They did an amazing job! Steve was a pleasure to speak with and his tech Jason arrived right on time if not a little early which was great for us. He knew exactly what the problem was when we explained what was going on. He was very quick with the fix and did it right the first time, which is more than I can say for the people who made the roof originally. I wouldn't recommend any other company than Gilpin Roofing!

I hired Gilpin Roofing to install a ridge vent and replace roof caps on my house. They were always on time, very professional, and really listened to what I needed done and did what they said they would do. They even came back quickly to fix a leak I noticed after the job was done. Their repair guy, Jason, is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with and I've worked with at least 50 over the last 5 years at my house and rental property. Highly recommend this company!

Just had roofs replaced by Gilpin Roofing at two different homes. If other contractors did business like this company, major home projects wouldn't be a dreaded stressful event. The office communicated with me, the crews were on time & worked until the jobs were finished, the workmanship was excellent and they did a great job on clean up. Gilpin Roofing was reasonably priced and very professional. I highly recommend this company!
