Maximum was 100% professional as they did every aspect of the job when they said they would, completed each aspect on time and even early, and followed up after every stage to be certain we were happy with the finished product. Our representative, Max Dodson, always returned phone calls very promptly and helped us understand the insurance quote which was extremely complicated.
He walked with us every step of the way which consistently reinforced our confidence in Maximum C&R and quieted any anxiety we had about the scope of the project. We had a great experience with Maximum Construction & Restoration redoing our roof. First their agent went the extra mile documenting what was damaged and then was present when the first insurance agent came to review our claim. He was there for us when it was rejected and helped us to file an appeal of the claim. When the 2nd inspector came, our agent came early and retagged the specific areas where there was significant damage to make it easier for the inspector to review.
Our claim was reversed and we received a new roof. Maximum did a great job on the roof and they were able to make additional improvements on our home such as leaf guards and a gutter. We DEFINITELY recommend Maximum Constructions & Restoration.

I had a great experience from start to finish! They did an outstanding job documenting the various damage that was done and working with the insurance company. They were here when the insurance adjuster came out. There was a foreman on site during the roof replacement. They cleaned up everything after they were done. I had one small issue after the job was done and the owner and my salesman came out together THE NEXT DAY and personally made the change I requested. This was AFTER they'd been paid in full. How many companies do THAT in this day and age? EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL THE WAY!!

Our house was on the market at the same time we were moving out of the country. During the sale process it was determined our roof was in need of replacement. Glenn, knowing our situation, went above and beyond to coordinate with our buyers to ensure the roof was to their liking and the repairs were to their satisfaction. When additional damage was found which could have impacted our closing Glenn and his team spent the weekend making the necessary repairs to ensure our closing stayed on track. I could not offer a higher recommendation for Glenn and the Maximum Construction team.

Nick met the insurance adjuster for me, and advocated strongly for the needed repairs. They started work in just a few days upon approval and finished in 1 day! They replaced vents and wind turbines as needed which they brought to my attention. There was NO trash or debris on property when completed! They even went over entire yard with magnet looking for roofing nails!
My questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Very professional! The roof looks great. I have a warranty from a company that is here to stay. I would highly recommend.

Glenn came in and explained everything that needed to be done and what the associated costs would. He had a hard time and put in a lot of extra time and effort finding discontinued replacement pieces. Even though we authorized him to use what was generically available he continued his search and found a contractor who had the exact pieces and used him instead of his own crew to do those repairs.
He found one issue, with our chimney, that was not completely covered by his initial bid and covered it at no cost to us. Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend him to anyone in need.

Absolutely impressed with this company!! I certainly could not have asked for better customer service or work that was done. Nick Dashiell went above and beyond to accommodate our new roof install. They even left the property cleaner than it was to start. Max was excellent in working with us on scheduling. Maximum Construction came to the rescue after my house was substantially damaged from a burst water pipe during a winter storm. They responded quickly to the problem. They replaced the solid wood floors, ceilings and walls damaged by water. They also did mold abatement. The work was first class. They had to deal with a protracted insurance claim process that was beyond reason. I would not hesitate to use Maximum Construction in the future. I am a very grateful and satisfied customer.

I had substantial damage to my home from a violent hail storm. I called my home owners insurance agency for a recommendation and they gave me the number for Maximum Construction and Restoration. The owner, Glenn worked directly with my insurance company during the pandemic and took care of all of the correspondence, approvals, repairs, and inspections.
They completed all of the repairs, including a new roof, in half the time that it took another roofing company a few years earlier. The quality of the repairs surpassed my expectations and I will recommend Maximum Construction.

Maximum helped us with roof replacement from start to end. Glenn (owner) helped us with the insurance inspection and claim. Replaced our roof within one day. Put tarps on the ground to catch all debris and removed all old shingles. Very knowledgeable & Professional. Roof looks great! Highly recommend, A+++.

All of my dealings with this company, specifically with Glenn, have been beyond satisfying. Glenn made it a point to be on site with the appraiser to make sure that the process went smoothly, and then he did the work in a timely and efficient manner. The result was the replacement of an old, wind and hail damaged roof with a beautiful new, well-installed roof.
