Excellent service from fortified. Nick was great with the quote and price and answered all my questions and was patient. Debbie was great with scheduling and follow up and cannot say enough about Mike and his team. They arrived on time did a great job on replacing the roof and cleaned afterwards. Definitely recommend fortified to anyone that needs a roof replacement.

We selected Fortified Roofing for our roof replacement over several other companies and are very glad that we did! They showed up on time, went right to work & left no trash behind them. We had a trouble area around the chimney and have no more worries!

I can not overstate how pleased I am with Fortified Roofing. We noticed a wet spot on the ceiling after a large snowfall. Brian came out immediately and inspected our attic thoroughly. He explained the entire process and the materials Fortified uses. He did not do the presentation in a pushy manor as some other contractors tried to do. Good price. Professional workmanship. Quick and Clean installation of replacement roof. (All GAF products) Courteous staff. All completed in one day. Impressive teamwork. Worst part of operation was poor placement of Dumpster and long pickup delay of the Dumpster. (Placement cause lack of access to the garage for a few days; Minor inconvenience.)

From start to finish, Fortified Roofing made the experience of getting a new roof easy. The salesmen Drew was quick to come do an estimate, provide an overview of what to expect during the installation and time frame as to when to expect them. The day of installation, the team showed up on time, and immediately got to work. They worked until complete, late in the day. Best thing, you couldn't even tell they were there once complete. My name is Tim W. My wife Allie and I are new to Neptune and we needed work done to our newly purchased shore home that we purchased two weeks prior. Fortified Roofing was outstanding. The staff was pleasant to work with as they explained what was going on with my roof, detailed the task of replacing shingles and the possibility of replacement of wood due to water damage rot.
