I highly recommend TruGuard. Our project was very challenging and included removal of old vinyl siding, replacing rotted wood under old vinyl, installation of Hardie siding, new windows, new gutters with gutterRX, stone work around front entry door and down front walkway, and new front entry door. The crew was excellent to work with and were able to accommodate any hurdle that came up during this very challenging project. Christian, Darryl, and Eddie are the only crew I would want to work with for a project of this complexity. We spent months looking for the right contractor. And in TruGuard, we were lucky enough to find just that.

As great as this company is, their people are even better! The project managers are always available to ensure the work is done properly and to address any concerns. I've used them for several different projects and have always been completely satisfied. At one point I had a new tile floor laid and though I was perfectly happy with the results, they were not!

The floor was redone at their own expense. I routinely recommend them to friends and neighbors because I know that they, too, will be pleased by the professionalism and the products.

Where do I begin? We met Jason at a home show. He was super friendly and informative. We met a few weeks later to talk about possibilities in our bathroom. Once we were set with a design for our new shower, we were connected with Joseph F. and his team. They were phenomenal. They stayed in contact with us. Worked with our last minute change. Sent us progress photos. Answered all of our questions.

They were timely and the finished product is all that I dreamed of. I highly recommend them. If ever I have a need I would definitely use them again. Attached are photos at different hours of the day.

TruGuard was hired to add covers to the gutters that run along the backside of our house. We have a large number of trees in the backyard that constantly fill the gutters with leaves and debris. In addition to the guards, they also replaced a piece of siding that had been blown down during a storm. From start to finish, our experience with TruGuard was exceptional! Scheduling the initial meeting with our consultant, Rex Barnick was easy and timely.

During the meeting, Rex did an excellent job of presenting options to solve our issues. He was fact-based, professional, and interested in our needs, not just closing a sale. We agreed on the work to be done and almost immediately was contacted by a project manager that handled the scheduling. On the day of the work, Ethan Williams was the supervisor that handled the crew and communication with us.

The work was done was quickly but with exceptional quality. Ethan kept us informed along the way, answered all our questions and provided pictures of the installed work on the gutters. We will absolutely use TruGuard again.

Demo bathtub install walk-in shower in place. Water proofing was installed around our existing window & it looks absolutely beautiful. The day of installation our drain cover had not come in but they did leave a standard so the shower could be used. When the part came in they called but we had another appointment. They agreed to meet @ our home & were there waiting when we arrived home.

In addition, our project manager Joseph Folly went shopping the day of installation when the shower head was not as ordered. We were very impressed by the personal touch & extra attention Joseph gave to this job that we are looking to them for windows & skylights in the future.

Truguard did an excellent job in converting the kids bathtub to a walk in shower and upgrading my master walk-in shower. The job was scheduled for four days but they were able to complete the project in three days. My husband and I are both very satisfied and would definitely recommend. We had Hardie siding sofit and facial installed. The team was outstanding. Very professional from the sales to general manager to finance department and the hard working institutions crew. We might pay a little more than a fly by night company but the piece of mind and warranty override the savings. Maybe in the long run it would cost more. We are extremely pleased with the results.

We had new windows done with Truguard and the installation process was seamless and the installers work was perfect! Joe managed our installation and was on point and attentive.

It is important when you are treated well to let others know and we have been treated very well by the wonderful people at TruGuard. We purchased the Alexis Walk-In tub, as my 85 year old mother is beginning to have difficulty entering/exiting the tub and began the process after seeing the Alexis on display at Taste of Charlotte. Mere days after providing our contact information, Joshua Hall arrived at our home to explain the product and the TruGuard difference.

Like everything else during the pandemic, it took several weeks to get the product ordered but they kept in touch and what they promised, they delivered. Last week, they were ready to install our bath; however, my brother passed away suddenly the week prior. To say that our household was in a bit of confusion attempting to comfort an 85 year old and prepare her to travel to her son's funeral is an understatement so I reached out to Joshua because I, admittedly, had lost the sheet of paper on which I'd written our Project Manager's name. Joshua was as kind as anyone could possibly be under such circumstances and immediately went into action reaching out to my team.

Soon thereafter, my Project Manager, Caleb Coan, was on the phone assuring me that everything was well taken care of and advising what we needed to do (which turned out to be very little - simply have an adult present so they could enter the home - they took care of everything else). I had another adult available to meet the crew in my home the morning TruGuard was to begin work and the old tub was removed and the Alexis brought up to the second level of my home before we even returned from the funeral services.

At the end of the first day, they left everything neat and clean, then returned the following day to complete the project. Two days is all it took for a small group (headed up by a gentleman named, I believe, Mark) to remove/replace a toilet and remove/install a tub so professionally it appears that particular tub was ALWAYS there. Caleb checked in several times and when all was done, he personally came to my home and did touch up painting where the crew reported they had slightly damaged a bathroom wall (again, you can't tell because they did such a wonderful job, all around).

Many contractors may have chalked that up to "something that happens" moving such a large, heavy object and expected me to repair/paint the wall myself. TruGuard left our bathroom looking amazing! Finally, after payment was complete, Joshua was still checking in to make certain we were pleased with the product and the TruGuard service. I have never been happier with a provider.

My mother asked me to give the bathtub an initial whirl and we have made a wise decision for our entire household but the installation could have been a disaster if handled by people who don't care. The TruGuard gentleman treated us and our home with kindness and respect. They did their jobs well and in the time frame they said they could do it. There is very little more you can ask of any company. I highly recommend working with Joshua Hall, Caleb Coan and the entire TruGuard family.

We've used TruGuard for a number of different projects, but this one was the biggest -- the complete removal of a very large deck and installation of a new one. It went very well, as all the projects have in the past. The communication is excellent, and it was all done on time. Even when the weather wasn't the best, they managed to keep the project moving forward, doing what they could safely do. TruGuard is very good at managing projects, and works with very professional subcontractors.
