I needed a hail damaged roof. I contacted Project Manager Ferando . Very professional. He helped me through the insurance processes. Crew showed up on time and completed the job very effectively. I need some extra attention around the plumbing vents. That work was done without missing a beat. Everything from first contact to cleanup and final inspection was very professional. Will use again.

I experienced hail damage to my roof and immediately called my insurance company. They provided me with an estimate and told me to call a few local roofing companies. I called four different companies and only two got back to me the same week I called. The first was Stonebridge, and I'm glad it was. They were always responsive and courteous, they worked right off the scope the insurance company gave which made the whole process even easier.

The roof was replaced within a week of meeting with Stonebridge. The whole process was easy and hassle free. I would recommend Stonebridge Roofing to anyone in the St. Louis area that is needing a new roof.

Fernando was very quick to reach out. I thought we had a leak in our roof and gutters. He was able to come out the next day and put our minds at ease and let us know it was not a big problem at all and an easy fix. He referred us to an associate for further assistance and we had work completed within the same week. We will for sure reach back out when we have further projects.

We had a leak/gutter drainage issue in the corner of our roof near the gutters in which water was leaking into the fascia/soffit area. The whole process of getting it repaired through StoneBridge was very smooth. From the initial estimate, to communicating the day of repair, we felt like we were a priority and well informed. The repair area was cleaned up so well, it seemed like they weren't even there! Also, it was super easy to pay with the online option. Would recommend for future roofing/gutter needs.

When it started raining in my kitchen last weekend, Stonebridge Roofing was quick to respond to my cry for help. Fernando offered a fair quote and good customer service. They were able to get a team out within a few days to replace the hood vent, water damaged wood, and shingles and advise on other repairs needed to prevent future problems. I was out of town while the work was completed, so they provided photos so I could still see what was repaired. Overall a positive experience even in the midst of a stressful homeowner experience.

"Wow!" I love the design of the siding. Every time I am backing up out of my driveway, I am staring at the siding with tears in my eyes. My house looks gorgeous! My granddaughter told me that the siding on my house looks like the siding of a new house. Roger Ruiz is an exceptional assistant project manager for Stonebridge Roofing. He is very courteous and a well-organized individual.

He always quickly returns my phone calls and responds to any of my questions about the project. Also, Roger and I had a laughable moment during a hilarious incident with the workers on the project one evening. Stonebridge did an excellent job installing siding onto to my house. Stonebridge Roofing is an amazing company.

I purchased a home on 12/31, during the inspection period it was determined that my porch needed a new roof on it. Contacted Stonebridge and was able to get it done about a week after I closed. They were prompt with follow up, addressed an issue I observed with the flashing, and were quick to respond to me. Overall I would absolutely be willing to use them again in the future.

The roofing work was excellent. I was very impressed with the roofing crew and with Fernando. I was not impressed with the office, and there was poor communication/clarity with the office. I had to ask for an invoice several times before they ever sent me one. It took several months before I was given an invoice. I was impressed with the work, but not with the office's customer service. I give 3/5 stars.

Stonebridge roofing was fast(1 day), efficient, clean and did a wonderful job our roof. Their prices were in line with other bids that we recieved, but their attention to detail and customer service is what pushed them over the top. Fernando took charge and worked directly with the Insurance Adjuster. The entire Stonebridge staff and Roofing Crew were very professional and went up and beyond our expectation.

Stonebridge recently tore off and replaced our 20 year old roof after the owner Mike found hail damage when another roofer didn't. Mike is friendly, thorough and patient. He was accessible for questions via text and email and responded promptly. Once the contract was signed, Mike turned the job over to an assistant (Sarah) who then supervise the work, made runs to get any needed materials, and answered our questions. She was great. FYI Stonebridge hires subs to perform the work. Mike gladly provided lien waivers before accepting final payment.

I noticed one of my gutters was not draining. I called Stonebridge and Fernando got back to me within an hour, I scheduled the appointment the next day, and it was all fixed while I was at work. He also provided before and after photos so I can see that they are all clean now. The price was reasonable.

We had a full roof replacement from Stonebridge Roofing. We had a great experience with this company! They are quick to respond and very professional. Fernando came out on a Saturday afternoon and I had an estimate by later that night. Very honest and comparable pricing too. I had my roof done within days signing the contract. His crew were very punctual and highly efficient. Great cleanup afterwards! I highly recommend them. Great work and customer service!

Wow. I had an insurance estimate and contractor estimate from the roofing company that replaced my roof and re-flashed the same area where a leak has occurred twice now. Both said it was my gutter peeling away from my roof. Replace the gutter. Stonebridge (Cole) came out and looked at it and said, "you know, simple answer is usually right. Let's look at your flashing of the eyebrow roof above the leak." We looked out the window and right there was a loose nail and deteriorated caulk, plus the flashing could easily be lifted up in that area. 5 minutes in all.

He explained why the gutter is probably not it. I broke open the ceiling where the leak was coming through and voila, Cole was right. Easy, inexpensive repair. Great service, unbelievable honesty, kudos, thanks. Saved me a bundle. If I ever have work to be done - Stonebridge is my first and only call.

Excellent service! I love my new roof. I found out I needed a new roof in the worst possible way during a thunderstorm in the middle of the night on a weekend. Fernando got someone out to cover the hole and get me through the weekend. He came out the following Monday to look at the roof, told me what I needed, diagnosed an original construction lack of ventilation problem and made several recommendations.

He arranged to come back to advocate for me with the insurance adjuster when he came to inspect the damage. Fernando went over everything with me, told me what to expect from the insurance company and took care of everything. He really knows his stuff and his employees did excellent work both outside on the roof and inside in repairing the ceiling below the hole in the roof. I highly recommend Stonebridge and Fernando.

This company is great. We needed a couple small repairs done on a house we recently purchased. We called them and received a return call that evening. They came out the next day to look at our roof and gave us a quote. Since the job was relatively small, they were able to literally do the repairs that same day. We felt the price was very reasonable and the work was very good quality.

They are professional, cleaned up after they were done (no roof nails or other work materials left in the yard or anywhere else after they were finished which is a nice change of pace). We were very impressed and will absolutely use them again. Refreshing after all the mediocre workmen we have encountered over the years.

Needed some gutter work done as well as some roof work. Fernando did an excellent job in outlining the various options available to me as well as with detailing the pros and cons of the various choices. He even attempted to get additional funds from the insurance company. The work was done in a timely fashion and Fernando and his team even completed some work that was not a part of the original contract at no additional charge to me. Would definitely recommend them and use them again myself in the future.

My entire experience with Stonebridge was great! It took a little longer than anticipated, due to weather, but it was well worth the wait! My roof looks amazing! Looks like a whole new house. He was extremely responsive and worked closely with us on every aspect of the job. His team of workers worked fast and hard, even in the 100 degree days that they worked. After the hail storm that hit Ballwin, I did a Yelp review of good roofing companies, and came across Stonebridge Roofing. I took a chance, as I knew I didn't want to use one of the companies that came knocking down my door on a daily basis. Stonebridge did an excellent job. I had relatives coming in 10 days from the initial consultation. The moved some things around and were able to get my roof, downspouts, gutters, and screens fixed, all before the family arrived. Fernando did a great job communicating to me what needed to be done, and got him team to do a very good job! I would strongly recommend Stonebridge to anyone who is looking for a quality, and quick roofing company!

I am updating my review to add a fifth star. Since my last review on them, I have used Stonebridge Roofing two more times on a condo I rehabbed in Saint Louis City: once for full window removal/ installation (I provided the five windows) and the next time to caulk and flash the front exterior door. On both occasions I worked with Fernando and his team.

The second time Fernando's team was out, at no additional cost, they also fixed an issue that had come up after they had installed the window earlier this year (the front window opening mechanism needed to be oiled). Fernando was on top of things and up until the second service was complete, he did everything as promised. That said, at the time I write this review I am still waiting on a Paid-in-Full receipt for the exterior door work despite the fact Fernando promised to mail it the following day (that was a week ago).

One thing I would like to note: the services I hired Stonebridge Roofing for have been excellent and I will continue to consider hiring them in the future. However, both Mike and Fernando are very aggressive about getting 5 star reviews on yelp, YP, Google, and Angie's List. If this is something that bothers you or makes your uncomfortable, I would consider looking for a contractor elsewhere.

Every time it rained outside it was also raining in my closet. I called Stonebridge Roofing and they located the source of the leak, and handled it promptly. Very professional! Stonebridge also did overall maintenance and extended the life of my roof. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend!

I recently had Stonebridge come out to my Creve Coeur home to give an unbiased evaluation of my roof, as several neighbors had recently replaced roofs due to hail damage over the past year. I asked Stonebridge for an asessment based on a referral from my insurance agent (and not the roofers leaving flyers at my front door while they were "in the neighborhood").

Not only did Stonebridge come out immediately and tell me the base roof was fine, they suggested some remedial repairs based on squirrel damage (something I was already aware of -- having replaced skylight frames a few months earlier due to squirrel damage). Beyond these repairs, I also asked that an old, rusty satellite dish be removed and the shingles underneath repaired, all of which was done to my satisfaction.

The new shingle matched very well as a matter of fact. When the manager (Fernando) came out the same day of the repairs to inspect his team's work, he let me get up on the roof with him to walk me through what was done. He saw a few things to tidy up, and so spent another half hour himself on the roof himslef adding some finishing touches. He also snapped some photos so he could further train his crew (who were quite polite and punctual, by the way).

So few come to the door these days -- before they start work -- to let you know they were there and would be starting. Fernando kept me updated by email or phone throughout the process and always communicated or showed up when he said he would. He also always called ahead or emailed to let me know he would be out. Finally, any roofer who tells me I don't need a new roof -- when I suspected I did not -- is a good contractor to know and work with. Will definitely keep Fernando in my file of "keepers."
