Had a very fast response from Girard on estimate and start of work. All the boards on my 16 x 20 back deck had to be replaced. He used composite material so it will last forever. I have been working with Emerald for years. They know their industry very well, and the project managers stick around. If you want to make sure your project gets done right, Emerald is it. If you are dealing with an insurance claim, Emerald will refer you to a licensed public insurance adjuster to make sure your claim is properly settled so your deductible is the only cost.

Upon first contact with Emerald Roofing we were very confident that we made the right choice. Every step of the process was very professional and the owner, Girard is very involved in the process. He is very knowledgeable of Insurance companies and how the process works. He took a lot of worries and stress off of our shoulders. They did an outstanding job replacing our roof and rain gutters, including a thorough clean-up. The owner, Girard Gagliardi, did a great job of explaining what was to be done and gave clear answers to our questions. He is also very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies. He couldn't have done any better with insuring customer satisfaction.
