They are 5 stars in my book! I would recommend these guys to anyone! These guys are great at what they do! They came out and looked at my roof and advise me of the repairs I needed. I had a hole in my roof. They did a great job at fixing my repair in a timely manner! They are a great knowledgeable group of guys at Cornerstone Construction!

The people of Cornerstone Construction are the Best! They just replaced my roof and were very punctual and worked non stop. I mst say, my roof was only 5 years old but the people that replaced it 5 years ago never got it right! They kept saying it wasn't leaking but the evidence proved otherwise. Cornerstone did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything around my house. I highly recommend them!

Cornerstone was great! They cleaned my gutters and put together a gutter guard quote for me; so efficient and professional. I'm looking forward to those gutter guards and working with Cornerstone again soon!

We had a very good experience with them. Stephen Bishop explained everything well. He helped with the insurance claim process. The workers did a great job on replacing our roof. They were professional in every way, even in the cleanup process. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cornerstone Construction has installed roofs for my son, my sister and my aunt. They were all pleased with every aspect of the installation. Hunter Ballew has a good eye for selecting the perfect color of shingles, if you're unsure. When I need a roof for my home, Cornerstone will certainly be the company that I call.

This is definitely a 5-Star outfit. I contacted them this morning about a leaky roof and by 4:30pm, my problem was solved. Jamie and Ryan showed up and were able to pinpoint the problem and repair it. To them, it was nothing serious and an easy repair. But to me, who only knows that a roof shouldn't leak, was bracing for the worst. These guys were great! In addition to repairing my roof, they provided an assessment on my roofs condition. Bottom line, I highly recommend Cornerstone.

We had a leak that was coming through our upstairs bedroom ceiling so I reached out to Tyler Thompson for help. He was GREAT! He showed up & inspected everything right away. His work with our insurance company was so helpful. His communication through the whole process from start to finish was A-1. The install crew was fast & didn't leave a mess. Our new roof looks great and Tyler made it to where it wasn't a hassle for us at all!

I contacted Luke after he was recommended by a neighbor to do roofing repairs after a recent storm. Luke was such a pleasure to deal with! Promptly came to inspect the roof damage, made sure to inspect for any other damage and gave me an estimate for the repair by the next day. Did our repair 2 days later and it looks fantastic! Would not hesitate to use Luke and Cornerstone Construction in the future for any other repairs needed. Great job!

Cornerstone Construction did a great job of fixing our solar roof fan's wiring issue. We had a solar fan installed on our roof by another company who damaged an electrical connector when hooking up the fan. The company sent out an electrician who could not locate the problem with the connection. We thought that we would have to have the solar fan uninstalled and replaced with another solar fan, incurring another expensive installation.

The next day or so we saw a Cornerstone Construction truck on Woodruff Road and wrote down their phone number that was on the truck. When we called them, they were very professional and sent someone out promptly to evaluate the problem to see if it could be repaired. The solar technician that Cornerstone sent was very thorough, knowledgeable, listened to the history of the situation and gained an understanding of the problem very quickly.

He suggested a solution. My wife and Cornerstone's solar technician spoke with the solar fan company to make sure that the correct solar fan part was ordered to rectify this problem. The solar fan technician returned a week later and installed the necessary part for the solar fan. He double checked a couple of times to make sure that the fan worked properly. Cornerstone is a very professional and knowledgeable company to work with.

I have nothing but praise for this company! I had a leak in the bathroom ceiling from the roof and had no clue who to call. My son in law called Dave on a Thursday evening and he was at my house 12 noon Friday morning. They checked the bathroom ceiling, attic and went up on roof. The roof was in excellent shape and a vent cover had a few cracks that were quickly repaired. Fast, responsive, professional and friendly. Great job Dave - thanks! Karen Carpenter

As a homeowner for 20+ years this was my first time having to go through the process of replacing my roof. It was not something I was looking forward to, but I want to thank Cornerstone Construction for making it an enjoyable process. Caleb and his team are top notch. He took the time to explain the process and what to expect each step of the way. Caleb was responsive and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the process and answered all my questions.

The installation went exactly as I hoped, no questions, no surprises and the crew was extremely professional. Caleb was outstanding, even staying in the dark using a magent to find any nails that may have been missed. I'm so grateful that I chose Caleb and Cornerstone to do this project. I can't recommend enough, as I hope it is a long time before I need to replace my roof, Cornerstone will be my first and only call. Gavin came out to look at a leak in our roof. He quickly found the problem and repaired it. He was very honest in his assessment of our roof and the minor repairs that were needed. I had a problem when my gas furnace shut down, do to the amount of snow on my roof. The furnace vent was covered with a mound of snow. The vent pipe was way to short when the house was built back in 2004. The first person that I thought to call was Jammie Bruce, with Cornerstone Construction. They replaced the original roof in 2020 and did a Great JOB. Jammie was on top of the present situation asap, he came to our aid and extended the vent. Thank you Jammie, you are an fine example customer service.

Our recent experience with Cornerstone Construction was exceptional. The site manager, Robbie, worked with us after a hail storm had damaged our roof; from the initial inspection, to a second confirmation inspection with our Insurance Adjustor. Robbie meticulously guided us through the process and was our liaison with the bank and the Insurance company, as well.

On the day of installation, he was here to supervise and ensure the crew was aware of specific details that we required as well as confirm with us the process and timetable. Upon completion he provided a final inspection and apprised us of the timeline to to finalize the arrangement with our insurance company. All in all, the process was professionally and efficiently completed, and we continue to highly recommend Cornerstone Construction's services.

We had already hired another company to check a roof leak when Jamie Bruce showed up and left a business card. The first company never showed or called, so we gave Jeremy a call. He was here the next day, fixed the minor problem, and talked to us about ways to make our home more energy efficient. In addition to being professional, Jamie is an example of Christian kindness. Ryan Hoilman is a trustworthy and loyal person who always helps out in a bind. And he is one of the hardest workers I've ever met. Cornerstone's team is that much better because of him.

Had one of the Project Managers (Conner) come over to our home to assess our roof for some leaking problems that we were having. I was very impressed by Conner's, friendly professional manner, pinpointing the likely problem quickly and taking immediate steps to mitigate it. I would not hesitate to recommend Conner and his firm for any work involving roofs.

I called Cornestone construction as I had a water lick on my celling. Jamie, David and Ryan came to my house and inspected the roof on which they found the root cause to the problem in less than 5 min. They fixed the problem quickly as it was not a mayor issue and sealed the area. In less than 30 minutes my problem was fixed and the best part with out charges VS. previous roofing company who came to my house a day before told me that the complete roof was damaged the repair will cost me a lot of money.

I thanks Cornestone Construction, specially Jamie, David and Ryan for been professional, efficient, but the most important for been honest. Thank you, you saved me a lot of money and peace to my mind.

Cornerstone Construction (Greenville area, South Carolina) installed a new metal roof with snow rails, gutters, and GutterGlove Pro gutter guard panels on the house during the summer of 2018. When a winter storm dropped some heavy snow the beginning of December '18, the snow rails ripped off of the roof, the gutters tore from the gutter hangers & straps, some of the GutterGlove Pro panels flipped up like dams and others were ripped off of the house.

No other house in the development had their gutters damaged or ripped from the gutter hangers and straps. I contacted Cornerstone Construction the day of the incident and sent pictures. I spoke with GutterGlove Pro Corporate representatives and they stated they have GutterGlove Pro panels installed in heavy snow areas in the U.S. and Canada and they do not fail, and have NEVER failed, like they did in the photos I sent them.

I also spoke with the Best Buy Metals store manager for the location where the metal roofing came from and he mentioned the snow rails were not installed correctly. So, two of Cornerstone's suppliers said their products don't fail as ours did - one said in the history of their company they have never seen them fail like the ones installed on our house, which leads me to believe that the products were not installed correctly.

Cornerstone Construction after a period of time and a number of communications sent a representative out to survey the damage a little over a month after the failure occurred and I was told he would go back and discuss a corrective action plan.

Two weeks passed with only one communication from Cornerstone, stating they were going to have another roofing representative (not a Cornerstone Construction employee) stop out to the house and look at the situation. We are now 4.5 weeks from when the Cornerstone Construction representative was at the house (10 weeks from when the failure of the products occurred) - and they have not communicated how they are going to correct the failed installations and products.

Over 2 weeks ago and they said in discussions "about what needs to be done not only to fix it but we want to make sure it doesn't happen again". Communications with the customer are not proactive or very good and right now their Customer Service to stand behind their installation and products is lacking. A week ago, the owner stated in a reply to a Facebook review "but we are still trying to help you." and "Albert called yesterday to discuss a solution & couldn't get ahold of anyone." Despite saying both of those comments in two different replies - no one from the company has contacted us, so it seems like these statements are untrue.

I did notify my insurance company when Cornerstone FAILED to communicate with me that they were going to address the problems, just to make sure my insurance company was aware in a timely manner of the issues and if the owner of Cornerstone failed to step-up and stand behind his products and crew's installations. I should not have had to follow through with an insurance claim and have a claim on my record with my insurance company, when Cornerstone said it was in discussion "about what needs to be done not only to fix it but we want to make sure it doesn't happen again".

That statement tells me, the customer, you are going to fix the problems so they won't happen again) and I shouldn't have to pay the deductible, and have that claim against my record with the insurance company. Apparently, when Cornerstone tells a customer they are determining what needs to be done NOT ONLY to fix it, but make sure it doesn't happen again - that is NOT the truth. "Fix it" to a customer means the issues are going to be corrected.

The owner of Cornerstone mentioned a few times that this is an insurance claim - my personal belief, is since he was the ONLY distributor of the Gutterglove Pro panels in the area, that he expected he could get paid again (by my insurance company) to reinstall them correctly the second. The owner of the company did reply to my Facebook review very quickly, but never replied a second time despite saying they attempted to contact me to "discuss a solution" - interesting despite having all my contact info they never reached out to me..not surprising!

Once there were issues with the project, it seemed I would only hear from anyone at Cornerstone after I reached out to the company. I would have thought a reputable company would have be proactive in communicating with a customer that was having problems verses only responding after I made some type of communication with someone from the company.

So, by not replying or contacting with me tells me that the owner of Cornerstone Construction DOES NOT WARRANTY his company's products, installations, or work.

The gutter install started on June 4th '18 and weren't finished up with the GutterGlove Pro panels until July 26th - so I see that Cornerstone is telling their customers (at least us) can expect to have problems with their products less than 5 months after install is finished, if there is a snow storm, The owner and I discussed a few times during our initial conversations that I would rely on his "expertise", since he stated he was in the business of roofing, gutters, and the GutterGlove Pro products and has a quote "5 Star rating" - he told me he had been coming to this area with a good friend of his, so of course he would know it snows in the mountains here.

I would have thought he would have correctly provided and installed products that are not going to fail during a snow storm and then require his customers to submit a claim against their personal insurance policy. Currently on Cornerstone Construction's webpage it states "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" & that "we look forward to shaking your hand, looking you in the eye and giving you our word that our work will be above your standard" - both of which apparently are not true, which is extremely disappointing!!

I gave Cornerstone Construction ample opportunity (10 weeks) to correct and salvage this job by standing behind products purchased and company's incorrect installations, by fixing all of the damage that occurred from the storm on December 9th, but they FAILED to be a good reputable company, the owner FAILED to stand behind his written words (on his webpage and in the limited communications with us) and address product & installation issues we were having, or even communicate me as to what the corrective action plan would be, even if they could not get to us and correct the problems immediately. Seems like they are "all talk and no action" - Extremely Disappointed! I would definitely NOT recommend Cornerstone Construction to perform any work.
