My house looks awesome, the shingles look spectacular. I was one of the first in the neighborhood to get the Mission Brown. Now two of my neighbors are following suit. EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE, and then some Judge for yourself! On Saturday I notified Mr. Wylie @RRSA St. Louis, that I observed soffit water damage and requested that he have the situation investigated and a correction proposed. Since it was a week end, I expected a response on the following Monday at best. But not so, because shortly thereafter he replied, from "Colorado", that Adolfo could be at my place the following day, Sunday, or on Monday; my choice.
On Monday Mr. Adolfo Ramirez, carefully inspected the damage as well as the roofing system, on and about the Chimney-Cricket, and the masonry chimney itself. He deftly, correctly, and convincingly concluded that defected, chimney tuckpointing and masonry, was the source of water infiltration. After confirming that RRSA offered the needed repairs, I inquired as to when could they do it.
He took out his smartphone, looked at the weather forecast, and said, "How about tomorrow? It is supposed to rain on Wednesday and snow on Thursday". And yes, the work was done yesterday, Tuesday, as promised. The site was left spotless, and the cost was actually considerably less that I expected to pay. Mr. Wylie is clearly customer focused and personally insures that promises made, are promises kept.

I recently had new gutters and leaf gutter guards installed on my home. When I first made contact with RRSA in Eureka, I spoke with Eric. He was very quick to respond to my request for suggestions on replacing my gutters and a leaf guard system to help with the many trees I have around my home. The job was scheduled and completed in a matter of days and the new gutters look great.

I so appreciated the quick response to schedule an estimate and take on a relatively small project. Eric and Brandon explained exactly what needed to be done to prevent future water damage. The price was very reasonable, the job was completed swiftly and it looks great! I will definitely use RRSA again and highly recommend them! RRSA worked on my siding and I can't say enough about how pleased we are. The entire experience from our initial contact with Eric to job completion was a breeze. Brandon arrived at our home on time and was polite, professional, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. He made sure to explain what he had done and why.
