Bill and his team were amazing to work with. They were thorough from start to finish. Bill provided me an estimate within a day of taking a look at the roof. They were excellent with communication and responded to questions and changes extremely quickly. Once the work started, they were excellent with letting us know what was going on and what they planned to get done for the day.
If needed, they worked well into the evening and on the weekends. In the end, the new roof looked incredible and our replacement skylight blew us away. I've already recommended Roofing Service Specialist to neighbors and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gorgeous new roof at an incredible price.

Great communication. The sale representative always replied my request promptly. They used the top of line shingles from Atlas (StormMaster Shake with Scotchgrd Protector) with very competitive price (I got estimations from four reputable roofers in my neighborhood). In fact, he marched the low price from another roofer. The work crew were very professional and worked very hard. They did great job and cleanup at end of each day. They finished my roof (44 squares) in two days (including removal the old shingles). Highly recommended.
