I have been doing business with Bone Dry for years now and I will continue to have them fix anything that goes wrong with my roof or chimney. They always do a great job and make sure that any repair is done right. I called today because I had a downspout that needed to be reconnected to the gutter on my roof that was probably 35 feet off the ground. Landon New and Michael Marsh came out and quickly reattached the downspout free of charge.

This kind of service and regard for their customers is why I will continue to use Bone Dry for any repair on my roof. These guys are great and should be commended for their excellent service and attitude in regards to their customers.

My experience with this company was excellent- from the chimney/masonry repair, additional attic insulation , new roof and gutter guards- all was done professionally and expeditiously.They communicated every step of the process, had a supervisor on site at all times and left the jobsite spotless when they left. I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing! A portion of our roof caved in during a really bad snow/ice storm a few years ago and it was our first time owning a home, so we had never experienced how to deal with that kind of situation. We called Bone Dry, and they of course were swamped with appointments due to many roof failures in the area after the storm.

Instead of pushing us back weeks out, they brought in inspectors from Indiana and sent one straight to our home. He was informative and really helped us figure it all out. We felt like fish out of water, and bone dry really took great care of us and our home! Their customer service is exceptional and they moved so quickly to help keep us and our home safe.

Bone dry sent Ryan Montgomery out today to give an estimate on a leak around a gas vent pipe on my roof. He was a very pleasant young man, courteous and professional. He surveyed the problem and gave me a reasonable estimate. He was very helpful in explaining what the problem was and what bone dry would do to fix it. There are some super compassionate guys working here! I'm not even a customer, but they were working on a house across the street from mine in Lexington this morning, and gave me a heads up that they had seen a kitten crawl underneath my car and into the undercarriage. It turned out to be quite an ordeal fishing the kitten out, and I really couldn't have done it without them.

They even came down from my neighbors roof, got down on the dirty pavement, and crawled as far under my car as they could for several minutes to help save her. Well done guys. Thank you!!!
