From start to finish Summit Point was professional, organized and efficient. They helped us work with our insurance . They emergency patched the roof at no pressure to commit to have them do the final product. I have to admit, I am terrible at communication but joe was easy to reach and always responded immediately. They moved us up on the list because of the damage.
After reading and hearing other people's stories about their roof, I thought this process would take at least a week. Our job was done in 2 days and it looks perfect. They not only cleaned up their mess, but any mess from the prior wind damage. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with whole Summit Point process regarding the purchase and installation of our new roof. We purchase this home only a few months ago with the full knowledge that the 24 year old roof was in need of replacement, a process which I had never experienced previously. As an added plus, Summit Point, as a "Michigan Saves" approved contractor, greatly facilitated this easy to navigate loan process which we chose to take advantage of. After having my roof replaced by another company and getting nowhere with a persistent leak, I contacted Summit Point. Dalton came out a couple of times to inspect - climbed through the attic of the entire house; followed up on a rainy day to inspect again and found the root of the problem. Even though Summit Point had not replaced the roof, he refused to take any payment for the inspections! Will definitely contact them and recommend them for any future roofing needs!

After purchasing an older house, I had the roof inspected to see what repairs might be needed. I had heard about Summit Point through some friends and after scheduling, they were able to come take a look the next day. Summit Point did a thorough inspection for me on the roof, flashing, attic. They gave me advice on the roof status and how long it might last while avoiding "mechanic" talk on all the small things that might be wrong. I recommend this team for giving an honest assessment of your roof.

Our home had a roof installed by Avalon Building Concepts in 2016, prior to us taking occupancy of the home. That owner purchased a roof warranty which we transferred to us when we moved in. In October of this year the roof leaked & damaged the interior of our home. Avalon was unresponsive in our warranty claim requests & failed to act on our behalf.
That is when we were referred to Summit Point Roofing. They contacted me the day after the warranty claim inspection authorization was sent to them, & inspected our roof within a few days. They advocated on our behalf to have the roof repairs covered by the warranty, as the original roof installed by Avalon was not done well & had multiple holes in it & nails popping out.
Summit Point's communication has been prompt, friendly & professional. They will be fixing our roof as soon as the weather allows, & I am thankful to be working with them. I will update the review after our roof is fully installed, and I am optimistic that it will be done properly. They have restored my faith in the warranty process.

We have had Summit do 2 of our groups of condos the last 2 years. All I can say is they do there work just like Joe tells you. They came in and did our roofs, very nice job, cleaned up like they said and no issues at all. We plan on using them again for our next set of condo roofs. Summit Roofing installed our new roof in 2019 and did an excellent job. Recently, we discovered water accumulating inside one of our sun tunnels and gave them a call. Dan came out and went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and make sure everything was good and proper. While he quickly diagnosed the issue (condensation, from a gasket we'd installed incorrectly!), he did a thorough job checking other possible causes, including climbing on our snow covered roof to do an outside visual inspection. Truly went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Great company!

Rich Luimes from Summit inspected our roof and checked our attic for any leaks. He let me know the shingles would be good for another year but we opted to proceed. Stacey in scheduling coordinated the start date and kept me appraised, the work crew did a great job and were attentive to cleaning up and Jeremy Stacy was at the site a couple times each day during the install. - I would have no trouble recommending Summit Point Roofing.
