The roof deck is then inspected to ensure that everything is in good shape for the rest of the installation process. DePalma Construction Inc excursively sells and installs seamless gutters. This vastly improved approach to dealing with rainwater does away entirely with the one big downfall of traditional sectional gutters: seams. Seamless gutters are one continuous piece. They are custom cut to the exact specifications of the home. There are no connecting joints or joining areas whatsoever. Consequently, there are zero spots for leaks to develop. Barring something like catastrophic impact damage, seamless gutters are basically leak proof.

I have had other construction companies work on my house, and I have always been disappointed in how they treat my home and me. DePalma Construction really listens to the needs and wishes of their clients. DePalma Construction knows the most important rule in construction they are not working on a client's house, but their home. DePalma Construction Inc., I would recommend to everyone.

Everyone I dealt with at DePalma were professional, very knowledgeable and courteous. Mike was especially helpful in explaining the work in detail and spoke in terms that anyone could understand. He answered all my questions. Amanda was very responsive and friendly. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner. They cleaned up all the debris from around my house. I would highly recommend DePalma to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

I knew it was time to have my roof checked and when I called for an estimate every employee from office employees, estimator, and roofers were professional friendly and knowledgeable. What I liked the most was how each employee talked about the company. I truly feel you can tell a good company by how happy an employee is and the pride you can see on their face when they talk about the company.
Both was apparent with every employee I had contact with. I was given several honest options not just yeah we need to replace everything as I had with other estimators. I like the fact that the warranty is thur the product so if the company goes out of business I know I'm still covered. I was kept up to date through out the whole process. They arrive and finished everything quickly even when mother nature decided we needed a little winter again.
There was not one sign (other then the new roof, spouting, and shutters) to show they were even here. I was amazed at how efficient they worked and completed my project quickly. Only complaint came from my cat who thought we were being invaded as she had to defend her domain. She quickly forgave them when she got to spend the savings we got when they came in under budget on new toys!

I was very happy with the team at DePalma Construction. Responded quickly to my request for a quote, Wendy called and I had an appointment within 48 hours. Mike did a thorough inspection of the roof and attic, even getting on the roof during a light rain to apply some caulk where it might be leaking. That was Top Level service in my book and was the deciding factor in going with DePalma Construction.
And the professionalism and quality of the work continued through to completion of the project. Thanks to everyone who was a part of the project! I highly recommend DePalma Construction!

After being frustrated by the response from several companies when seeking estimates for replacement of an aging roof at my home, I was thrilled to discover DePalma through an online search. It was a pleasure working with them from their first visit to the completion of the project. they were professional, responsive, and informative. The project was completed on time and exceeded expectations.

Dominic and his team did a quality job with the replacement of skylights and the roof for my Gettysburg residence. My house has several major additions so it was a more challenging roofing project. Dominic was on-site to work on the skylights and the flashings. He has honored the warranty after the completion of the job. The entire DePalma Construction team did an exceptional job with all communications before, during, and after the project.
The estimate with samples of materials and options was handled professionally too. Despite a long work schedule the installation crew did a meticulous clean-up of the property. I would recommend DePalma Construction for your repair, maintenance, and installation projects.

I thought the entire experience with DePalma was outstanding. They did everything they said that they would do and did it all in a very timely manner. I had them replace my roofing, replace my siding and replace my gutters. They had separate specialized crews do each of the tasks. I was shocked at how skilled the workmen were. You could tell they had done this kind of work many times before.
The equipment they use was also top notch. I got estimates on the job from five different companies and I thought the DePalma price was very competitive. I especially liked how they had an inspector come out after each major portion and do a walk-through with me. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I highly recommend DePalma Construction regarding every aspect of the process. Beginning with the estimate. I got 5 estimates. They compared competitively. They were not the cheapest but the promptest, most well informed, and their warranty is unmatched. From the estimate through the entire project of replacing our complex and large roof, communication was responsive and attentive to every question and concern.
There were areas of unanticipated damage they found and they explained, addressed and fairly priced those additional costs. They went above and beyond and workmanship was excellent! Thanks to everyone I dealt with at DePalma!

I have used DePalma quite a number of times and each and every time they are professional, on time, and perform work that exceeds expectations. I hired them to install a new roof with skylights and they were able to fit me in within a few weeks. However before they were able to install the new roof/skylights, we were to have a number of thunderstorms.
They went above and beyond and caulked/sealed each skylight to help ensure no water came in, before they were scheduled to replace the roof. free of charge. Great people and highly recommend.

DePalma Roofing and Construction is an outstanding company to hire for any home repair and renovation needs. I previously had experience with this company, having worked with them from initial consult to final clean up of a roof replacement for my mother. From the knowledgeable individual who came for the estimate and consult, providing clear options, with great warranty coverage and payment plans, to the team who did a timely and thorough installation of the superior products, I was beyond impressed and very satisfied with the overall process and end results.
Just recently, I needed drywall installed and finished for a large area with a lot of unique corners, edges and angles, to be a playroom for my kids. I reached out to DePalma, and once again they delivered another outstanding performance, having a team in sooner than I expected with a final finish beyond expectations. We invited DePalma Construction back for another project of front porch roof and rear deck roof additions after they did such a wonderful job a few months ago on our new metal roof on our house, pool house & installed two new skylights with solar motorized shades. The entire process again from getting an estimate with started with Amanda, design and measurements with Mike, project coordination with James to the project completion with Gerald and the guys was hands down amazing again. The communication was beyond excellent and the work came out fantastic. We can't thank DePalma Construction staff enough for their excellence in communication and building.
